Free delivery
For private customers, standard delivery is free, whatever the order and the carrier selected, in France, Spain, Belgium and Italy. Delivery is free for companies and professional resellers benefiting from the Reseller Advantage programme for orders over €400 excluding VAT (excluding Switzerland).
Various delivery services available 
Depending on the products ordered, the degree of urgency (express or standard) and the place of delivery (at home, at KIMEX), we offer you several delivery services. The price of the transport will be calculated automatically according to your choice. Our delivery times are for working days and depend on the availability of the area to be delivered. 
Delivery abroad
We deliver in the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg and according to product type, in the DOM TOM. If your country is not in this list, you can contact our sales department to obtain a quote.
Immediate processing of deliveries
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours from when payment is received.

As soon as your order is ready, we’ll automatically send you a tracking number.
Collecting your order from our warehouse
You can also choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Saint-Jean-d'Illac (33 Bordeaux, France).

Free delivery from 400€ excl tax
Delivery is free for private customers, companies and professional resellers benefiting from the Resellers' Advantages loyalty programme from 400€ excluding VAT in France, Spain, Belgium and Italy (excluding Switzerland). For shipments within Switzerland, the shipping costs will be applied and include only the shipping costs. The costs related to the import and the Swiss VAT will be charged to the customer.
